"Ham sup lo" (鹹濕佬) is a Cantonese phrase that literally means "dirty old man". The phrase is made up of the words "ham sup" (鹹濕), which means "salty and wet" and implies something is perverted, and "lo" (佬), which means "old man". 

Or you could say maybe it means "ol' dirty bastard" but thats a stretch.
